I had an amazing stay at this hotel in Marrakesh. The staff were extremely helpful and always had a smile on their face. They went above and beyond to make me feel at home and provided great advice for exploring the city. The room had a beautiful Moroccan design and was kept clean with fresh towels every day. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and showcased typical Moroccan cuisine. I also loved the peaceful atmosphere of the hotel's garden.
All was perfect with my stay at this hotel.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a fantastic experience. the prices were very reasonable and provided excellent value for money. Secondly, the attention to detail was superb, from the well-maintained rooms to the delicious breakfast options. Lastly, the location, while not in the center of the city, offered a peaceful retreat away from the bustling streets.
Everything was perfect, no improvements needed.

The hotel is situated a bit far from major tourist spots, but it allows you to enjoy peace and quiet. Rooms are small but clean. Bathrooms have handmade doors but lack necessary curtains and are difficult to use. Friendly staff offers helpful advice and serves tasty breakfasts. the terrace and garden are perfect for those who want to relax after sightseeing.
The menu for dinner lacks variety compared to other hotels.

I recently had a wonderful stay at this hotel. First of all, the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, always willing to go the extra mile to ensure a comfortable stay. They provided us with maps and even arranged taxi transfers, which made our arrival and departure hassle-free. The hotel is located inside the medina, which offers a more authentic experience away from the bustling souks and main area. It was nice to have a quiet and peaceful retreat after a busy day exploring the city. Additionally, the rooms were beautifully decorated and had a unique Moroccan charm to them. The attention to detail, from the handmade decorative doors to the clean linens and towels, really added to the overall experience.
I couldn't find any faults with my stay at this hotel.

The staff was incredible, always willing to help and provide guidance, from giving directions to local food recommendations. They even offered a welcome drink upon arrival and had a map with key locations marked, which was extremely helpful. the room was beautifully decorated and had all the amenities needed to make the stay comfortable. the location was great, close to the center of all the action, but just far enough to offer a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle.
The noise level. the walls were thin, and there was a bit of street noise that filtered into the room, which could make it difficult to sleep for light sleepers.

The staff was attentive and provided a map to help us navigate and arrange transportation to and from the hotel. The room had a traditional feel with beautiful decorations. The location was very central to all the attractions.
The additional charges for small things like bottled water and taxes caught us off guard. The lack of a real outdoor swimming pool was a disappointment compared to what was advertised.
